Each picnic is UNIQUELY styled. We strive to bring your vision to life. All elements are carefully selected based on your theme/color palette. We are proud to be unique, punctual, and affordable. We can also style our picnics indoors, so weather is not an issue.
Having a larger group? No problem! We have a variety of tables and can style your picnic outdoor so you can enjoy the beautiful weather/scenery that El Paso has to offer.

How your Glamping experience works
What to expect:
We take the stress out of having a party, so you can kick back and make lasting memories
- Our Glamp Party Squad is made of 1-3 people depending on the setup. We are licensed and insured.
- We will set everything up on the day of your event. All YOU have to do is clear a space & show us where and then RELAX! (*food not included)
- Depending on the amount of guests and number of elements it can take anywhere from 30 mins to 2 hours to set up.
- Our Glamp Party Squad will return the following day to pack it all away. Need an extra night? No problem we have discounted rates.
- IMPORTANT INFO: The glamping tent MUST be staked into the ground. We will ask for photo or video of the area to determine if it will fit. Turf is not ideal, but based on case by case basis.

Picnics and Add-ons
Picnic ONLY
*includes full place settings for each guest (plates, napkins utensils, glasses/cups); cushions for seating, styling elements in your theme/colors, table lighting (lanterns or candles)
- Luxe Picnic Experience for 2-6 guests ($150)
(Table can accommodate 6 adults comfortably, each additional guest is $12.50/place setting. More than 8 will require a second table ($75/6)
- Luxe Picnic Experience for 16 or more guests (custom quote, based on availability)
*We offer picnic setups as overnight rentals, so you don't feel rushed. Any requests for public parks or same day pick up do incur a convenience fee.

Our Exclusive Bell Tent sleeps four very comfortably. Comes with four memory foam mattresses complete with bedding. Breakfast trays with personalized sleep eye masks, and styling elements to fit your theme/colors.
